Every transaction associated with your Trezor accounts is recorded permanently on the blockchain and surfaced in full inside Trezor Suite. You can browse your complete on-chain transaction history for any account, inspect individual transaction details, filter records by date or type, and export everything you need for tax reporting — without ever leaving the application.

Viewing Transactions

To access the transaction list for any account, click the account name in the left sidebar, then select the Transactions tab on the account page. Each row in the transaction list shows the following at a glance: Transactions are listed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent at the top.

Transaction Details

Click any transaction in the list to open a detailed view. The detail panel includes:
  • Transaction ID (TXID): The unique hash identifying the transaction on the blockchain. You can click it to open the transaction in a block explorer.
  • Block height: The block number in which the transaction was included.
  • Confirmations: How many blocks have been added on top of the block containing this transaction.
  • Addresses: The sending and receiving addresses involved in the transaction.
  • Fees paid: The network fee that was paid to miners or validators to process the transaction.

Transaction Status

A transaction moves through two statuses between broadcast and finality:
  • Pending — The transaction has been broadcast to the network but has not yet been included in a block (0 confirmations). Pending transactions can, in rare cases, be delayed or dropped during periods of high network congestion.
  • Confirmed — The transaction has been included in at least one block (1+ confirmations). The more confirmations a transaction has, the more computationally expensive it becomes to reverse.
As a general guideline, the number of confirmations considered safe scales with the value of the transaction: When you need to find specific transactions, use the filter controls at the top of the Transactions tab:
  • Date range: Set a start and end date to narrow the list to a specific period — useful for monthly reviews or tax year preparation.
  • Type: Filter by All, Sent, or Received to focus on one direction of flow.
Combining a date range with a type filter makes it straightforward to, for example, pull all received transactions from a specific calendar year.

Exporting for Tax Reports

Trezor Suite lets you export your full transaction history in both CSV and PDF formats, with fiat values included.
1

Open the account

Click the account whose history you want to export in the left sidebar.
2

Go to the Transactions tab

Select the Transactions tab on the account overview page.
3

Click Export

Click the Export button in the top-right area of the Transactions tab.
4

Choose your format

Select either CSV (recommended for spreadsheets and tax software) or PDF (recommended for records and accountants).
5

Select a date range

Set the start and end dates for the export. To export all transactions, leave the range at its default or set it to cover the full account history.
6

Download the file

Click Download. Trezor Suite generates the file and saves it to your computer.
Export your transaction history annually for tax reporting purposes. The CSV export includes fiat values at the time of each transaction, which many tax authorities require for calculating capital gains and losses. Keep a copy in a secure location alongside your other financial records.
Transaction history is pulled directly from the blockchain and cannot be altered or deleted. Trezor Suite does not store your transaction data on its own servers — every time you open the app, it retrieves the current state of your accounts from the network. This means your history is always accurate and fully verifiable.
